  4. Cuando el tomate esté bien frito añadimos el vino blanco y dejamos unos minutos para que se evapore el alcohol.
  5. Agregamos el caldo de pollo. La medida que tenemos que tener en cuenta es 5 vasos de caldo por 1 de arroz. Hervir 10 minutos a fuego medio.
  6. Añadimos el arroz, el majaíllo, un poco de comino molido y el azafrán y hervimos otros 15 minutos a fuego moderado.
  7. Apartamos del fuego y dejamos tapado 5 minutos para que repose antes de servirlo.
