En un bol, echamos 6 cucharadas de soja, 6 de Vinagre, 6 de azúcar moreno, 2 cucharadas de zumo de piña, 2 cucharas de aceite de girasol, 2 de ketchup, 3 cucharadas de miel ponemos a fuego removemos todo bien y añadimos la harina de maiz hasta que veamos que la salsa va esperando, removiendo constantemente, si la veis que quedo fuerte la rebajamos con agua, pero la salsa tiene que quedar consistente y expesita, esta cantidad es para el kg de pechugas, si usáis menos calcular la cantidad
  8. Una vez la salsa terminada en una cacerola volcamos el pollo frito,, las verduras y la salsa agridulce, ponemos fuego 🔥 y mezclamos bien todos los ingredientes y listo
