  2. Dejamos hacer, mientras en el mortero hacemos una picada con 2 dientes de ajo, perejil y sal.Como el sofrito ya estará hecho añadimos el arroz, el colorante, rehogamos todo junto y añadimos la picada del mortero, agua, la necesaria para cubrir todo bien, y dejamos que empiece a hervir.
  3. Añadimos sal, a los 10 minutos incorporamos por encima, los mejillones , pescado y gambas y metemos al horno que tendremos previamente calentado a 180 grados, y dejamos hacer hasta que este en su punto, debe quedar seco.
