  4. Pasado el tiempo de reposo, secamos las berenjenas, ponemos sal, sal de ajo y las rebozamos en la masa. Ponemos una sartén profunda con aceite, pero no debe ser muy grande para que el aceite no se venga abajo, es mejor así aunque tengamos que hacer varias tandas de fritura.
  5. Cuando el aceite esté bien caliente se fríen con cuidado de que no se peguen unos con otros. Para sacar los trozos rebozados y echarlos a la sartén nos vendrá bien usar dos cucharas.
  6. Se dejan freír bastante, hasta que estén dorados, después se dejan sobre papel de cocina para que suelten aceite.
  7. Servimos con la miel por encima.
