  6. Rellenamos con el preparado las mitades de las berenjenas, usaremos una cucharita. Las semillas de chía, los pistachos y las pasas y el queso rallado.
  7. Colocamos unas lonchas de queso Cheddar. Calentamos unos 2 minutos a potencia media y pasamos a gratinas. Tengo gratinador en el microondas, es súper pactico y una buena alternativa al horno.
