  4. Dejamos reposar unos minutos y vamos dando forma de bolitas, las pasamos por un poco de pan rallado y las echamos a la sartén cuando el aceite esté caliente (yo las he hecho con solo un chorrito no muy grande de aceite)
  5. Mientras, podemos ir friendo el tomate triturado en otra sartén con un chorrito de aceite, sal y un poco de agua.
  6. Cuando las albóndigas ya estén hechas y el tomate a medio hacer añadimos estas en el tomate y vamos dejando que todo se vaya cocinando.
  7. Para finalizar cuando ya esté todo listo añadimos unos cachos de queso por encima de las albóndigas tapamos la sartén unos 3 minutos y a emplatar.
