Añadimos la carne de las berenjenas (la picamos un poquito antes) junto con el atún y las aceitunas negras partidas en cuartos. Dejamos que se junte bien todo y añadimos un huevo batido y removemos.
  4. Por último añadimos unas cucharadas de tomate frito y orégano... rectificamos de sal y rellenamos las berenjenas.
  5. Espolvoreamos con queso rallado para gratinar y ponemos encima los filetes de anchoa (cuantos gustes) yo puse 4 por parte de berenjena formando una equis.
  6. Volvemos a meterlas en el horno por 10-15 minutos vigilando que no se quemen. Las servimos bien calientes ;)
