- Cuando estén listas las añadimos a un bol en el que habremos puesto el queso Ricota.


- Removemos hasta formar una masa homogénea.


- Ahora vamos a montar los canelones.
- Sobre una tabla, ponemos una lámina de Berenjena que ta estará cocida y templada. Ponemos un poco de relleno y enrollamos en forma de canelón, y los ponemos en una bandeja apta para horno.



- Una vez hechos los canelones, trituramos la salsa de tomate y la echamos sobre estos.

- Ponemos mozzarella rallada y llevamos al horno.
